Jest bardzo ładnie wykończony, czysto schudnie. kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry. lokalizacja nie jest najgorsza blisko plaży i sklepu, do centrum Pescary trzeba wziąć autobus Lub przejść około 2,5 km
Na - w zasadzie jedyna rzecz. Jeśli ktoś melduje się po dwudziestej trzeciej właściciel dolicza 35 € opłaty za to.

Apartament był schludny i czysty. Doskonale urządzone wnętrze umilało pobyt. Ucieszyła mnie obecność ekspresu z prawdziwą Włoską kawą. Dzięki roletom zewnętrznym można było spać w komfortowych warunkach zaciemnienia.
Szkoda, że w części wspólnej z sofami nie było zamontowanej klimatyzacji.

Camera molto spaziosa ed host molto disponibile. Posizionato vivino un supermercato utile per le evenienze. Con la macchina il centro e’ raggiungibile facilmente. Arredamenti minimal ma fi design.
Aggiungerei solo un porta sapone in doccia, un porta rotolo e magari anche un sapone per lavare le mani.

No ascensore, 4 piani a piedi con bagagli non è il massimo. Alloggio ben arredato, ma nessuna funzionalità per gli ospiti.Nessun armadio dove riporre abiti, solo appendiabiti, nessuna possibilità di poggiare le valigie se non a terra, bagno sprovvisto di armadio, scaffali....
