ABOUT THIS SPACE
Enjoy your stay in Pittsburgh in this modern, remodeled duplex of 2 town house. Fantastic duplex offers 5bedrooms/2bathrooms (9 beds) comfortably sleeping 16. 4x off street parking spots behind the building in addition to a front porch for you to relax on. Perfect for family & friends who want to enjoy a relaxing getaway together. Located close to sports bars, steakhouses, restaurants and brewpubs. There are plenty of options for you to choose from to make your trip memorable!
THE SPACE
Both units consist of 3000sqft of a private building (your rental is the entire building). Private parking behind the building. Two living room areas and two kitchens which are fully equipped if you'd like to cook in. There is plenty of room for the entire group to spread out and relax in privacy. Detailed layout as follows:
UNIT #1:
1st Floor: Kitchen/living/dining; sleeper sofa in the living room;
2nd Floor: Bedroom #1 (1x queen bed); full bath #1 in the hall; Bedroom #2 (2x queen beds).
3rd Floor: Bedroom #3 (1xqueen bed).
UNIT #2:
1st Floor: Kitchen/living/dining; sleeper sofa in living room ;
2nd Floor: Bedroom #1 (1xqueen bed) ; full bath #1 in hall ; Bedroom #2 (2x full beds)
Located in the Manchester neighborhood on North Side of Pittsburgh, and a short distance to North Shore, which is home to the city’s professional football and baseball stadiums, Heinz Field and PNC Park. There are tons of lively sports bars, steakhouses, restaurants and brewpubs for you to pop in and out of. The Andy Warhol Museum showcases an extensive collection of the artist’s pop-art paintings and archives, while families enjoy gazing at celestial wonders in Carnegie Science Center's planetarium.

We had a wonderful vacation in Pittsburgh. We rented both units which was perfect for our large family. The location was very convenient to parks, downtown, the zoo, Kennywood and so much more...The host was very responsive and very accommodating. I recommend this property. Thank you.

I felt having the two units was great. Two living rooms two kitchens was so beneficial. Uber rides were quick and close to downtown. Only flaw was the hike up the stairs! Stretch.

Condos not clean and smelled musty. Pictures did not show the worn carpets, baseboard and walls. Top floor bedroom above ceiling there appears to be a family of raccoons living.
