About this house rental
We encourage you to read our 4.96 stellar reviews on the competing platform (Air-b.nb) for this property. Fall asleep with views of the Space Needle and Puget Sound in Seattle's gorgeous Upper Queen Anne neighborhood. Walkable to restaurants, entertainment, bookstores, groceries. 2 blocks from Kerry Park with the best panoramic city views ... 4 blocks from Meredith Grey's house. Easy jaunt by foot, electric scooters / bikes, or Uber to the Needle, Pike Place, Fremont, Capitol Hill, Downtown, Belltown, Piers 66 & 91, Univ. of WA. $6 transit to the airport of using Link train. 1 free carport space.
The space
Note that the third bed is the pullout King sofa in the living room. A memory foam mattress pad is available in a wardrobe next to the sofa to make this a cozy sleep along with all necessary bedding and pillows. The fourth bed is a queen murphy bed on the wall in between the kitchen and living room spaces.
Other things to note:
- For those working remotely, one of the bedrooms has an electronic adjustable-height desk (sit-stand desk).
- The small carport space is small; parking a large vehicle can be very challenging. We do provide a map of additional free city street parking in the surrounding area in our check-in guidance.
- Seattle is a hilly and compact :) Home is located on a steep hill and does have 3 flights of stairs within the townhome between the mud room entrance, living room, bedrooms, and rooftop deck.

Overall this Vrbo was great for our purposes. There were 5 of us, I think more than that would have been difficult. It’s only a mile or so from the convention center we were going to and a bus stop right down the street. The carpets were pretty dirty and the fan in the shower didn’t work so anytime we showered everything in the bathroom got soaked. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had!

Awesome property for the family and I to stay! Parking was too tight for our Ford Explorer but there was street parking. Honestly, other than that everything was good it was a fantastic property in an awesome location for a great price! Super easy check out policies and great communication from the host.

The unit was very clean. A bit tight for 4 people. Only 1 bathroom on floor with bedrooms. Unfortunately, the lights in the full bathroom were not working upon our arrival on Sunday. The host was aware of this, but could not get an electrician to come until Tuesday. Problem fixed. Also, the heating unit in the front bedroom was not working and was not fixed during our stay. Host suggested 2 small space heaters for our use.
Listing should have stated that unit is on a very steep hill. Would not be appropriate for people with walking difficulties. Storage was very limited.
Kitchen supplies were plentiful; plenty of towels for bathrooms.
