appartement très propre, rénové recemment, emplacement parking fermé, tres belle vue sur les 3 iles boromées, bel acceuil d emanuela, facilement joignable
la propriétè bien située entre baveno et stresa, mais comme elle longe une route principale la sortie de la propriétè en voiture est assez difficile car peu de visibilité. Pas de possibilité de balade à pieds en sortant car pas de trottoir. La circulation en journée est bruyante et resonne sur la terrasse, mais souvent sortis en balade en journée.

Mahtava terassi järvelle, upeat näkymät. Keittiössä riittävästi varusteita aamiaisen tekoon. Auton sai talon pihaan. Molempiin kaupunkeihin parin kilometrin kävelymatka, meni kivuttomasti.
Muutama viileempi päivä, en oikein saanut ilmalämpöpumppuja lämmittämään kunnolla joten sisällä oli vähän kylmä. Ohjeita en löytänyt. Avainten luovutus poistuttaessa oli vähän epäselvä.

The terrace is great,lots of space and exceptional view on the lake and the islands, great view from the two bedrooms also. Everything is new and clean, it is very nice that you can enter the lake for swimming directly from the garden. Airconditioning is also working very well with low noise.
On the terrace, you can hear the traffic from the road quite well.
