A very friendly and helpful host who responds quickly to all questions. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, perfect for a large group. There were 7 of us, and we stayed very comfortably with plenty of space for everyone. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, there are plenty of balconies, and a large kitchen fully equipped with everything you need – perfect for a big family dinner

very good apartments, very responsive owner Marco, he himself welcomed us to the apartments at 2 am.
Marco recommended taxis, places to visit, tour companies, shops. The apartment is spacious, cozy, comfortable and clean. The location is ideal, a few minutes away from the train station and bus station, a pedestrian street with shops and restaurants.
I would choose the equipment again.

Very central, beautiful historical building, apartment still keeping a lot of its interwar period (including furniture items) . Equipped with everything you need, plenty of space.
Might require some renovation/reconditioning to keep its charm but also maintain standards
