About this cabin rental
A very rural country set cabin w/ a small fishing pond, ( catch and release only) -between Tappan & Clendening lakes. A great place for families to step into the country and experience country living while enjoying each other w/o internet service or many electronically devices..Be sure to visit the Deersville General Store in Deersville ohio the town is over 200 years old and has amazing award winning homemade ice cream, made in an 1942 ice cream machine! Bury the Htchet is behind the store, if your in the need to hit something be sure to hit the bullseye! (See the menu on the kitchen table)

The host was very helpful I was lost finding the place the first night due to several roads named the road the cabin was on and they met me and took me right to the location. The cabin was clean and spacious . Just FYI they say you get cell service I did not and camping alone w three kids that was concerning. Even though I could get in the car and drive to top of the hill and I can get it just if something happen I had nothing . The girls really enjoyed themselves my teenage grandson got a little bored besides getting to fish . Our last day we really couldn’t do much outside because they were mowing all around us on the grounds so we drove around down by the campgrounds and the dam until they were done around 4ish then at that the grass started to get wet from being freshly cut and it was everywhere ! But all n all in was a great place to stay !
