About this house rental
This stunning high-end recently remodeled luxury home is perched above beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. This home is designed to entertain your friends and family with an abundance of gorgeous living space!!
You will be impressed as you step into the inviting foyer leading into the beautifully appointed living room with a great view of the lake. This main level consists of a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for four and the formal dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and will comfortably seat six. Take your coffee to the sunroom off the kitchen and soak in the lake views. You will also find the primary bedroom complete with a king size bed and a spacious adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub and double sinks. Enjoy peace and quiet in the private lake side sunroom off this lovely bedroom. Also on the main level is the laundry room, a half bath and a guest bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom.
The lower level boasts a spacious family room with a large flat screen tv, 2 full size leather sofas, pool table, 12' shuffle board and a wet bar with full size refrigerator. The family room walks out to an expansive deck with plenty of seating and a gas grill. There are 3 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the lower level. One of the bedrooms is another primary suite with a king bed, adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower and a sliding glass door that opens to the deck. Bedroom 4 also has a king bed and the 5th bedroom has two queen beds.
Make the most of the great outdoors and head down to the lake. You can lounge on the lakeside patio or play on the private dock with swim platform. New in 2023: a lakeside tiki bar, 2 kayaks and a water mat. The owner has a boat in the boat slip on the dock but you may tie up to the side of the dock. Sit back, relax and be on the lookout for a majestic bald eagle soaring overhead.
Pets welcome with a $200 non refundable pet fee.
Please note: The fireplace is non-functioning and the garage is not accessible. 5-7 cars will fit in the driveway. The driveway is steep as is the walkway down to the lake. NO trailer parking in the subdivision! Complimentary trailer parking about 4 miles from the house.

Overall the house is very clean and well stocked. The large dining was perfect for our Thanksgiving dinner. The well stocked kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware and cupboard space, to prep, cook and serve the meals. We all enjoyed the game room. It kept us busy on a rainy day. As well as the big screen TV to watch football games.The oversized furniture upstairs and down was so comfy and gave all of us room to lounge. The beds were all comfy as well.The location is terrific and centrally located to all Lake of the Ozarks has to offer.

This spot was wonderful! Hidden in the hills but still on the water. It was exactly what we were hoping for. Don’t let the 95 stairs to the bottom get to you because they are totally worth it!! The tiki hut and hangout spot were unlike other places I have been to in the Ozarks.

This home was everything we hoped for and more. It was beautifully maintained with plenty of space to rest, relax, and enjoy the stunning views of the Lake of the Ozarks. The house came fully stocked with everything we needed—and then some!The real highlight was the lakeside tiki bar. It was truly a game changer! With a ceiling fan, extra fridge, and electricity, it made spending the whole day by the water effortless and enjoyable. We didn’t have to run back to the house for anything—we had everything right there.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this property, and we can't wait to come back!

House and dock area were great. Unfortunately did not realize 94 steps to get down to dock. Several family members never got down to dock.
