Modern feel but in my opinion not really recommended for older couples (like us) or families with children that require a little more comfort or a longer stay. Health & safety issues need to be focused on. However, the hosts were lovely and willing to assist when needed.
Not too sure what the target audience is for the house but it appeared to be for students only. However, property was exceptionally clean, but the decor/refurbishment is unfinished and there are exposed pipes, electrics and cables and the front door is missing its letterbox. Described with a garden view but I had the blind down permanently as there is a garden but not worth looking at! The property is also very good for people who enjoy ear-shattering plane spotting. I have never stayed in accommodation with close low-flying planes with their landing gears ready for touchdown, so it was quite an anxious time for me! However, after the second nights' stay,, you kind of get used to this! This however is my fault entirely for not researching properly as I do not like planes, noise or crowded areas!
