Wunderschöne Lage mit altem und vielfältigen Baumbestand, die Villa (von einem Architekten mit Geschmack gebaut) mit sehr großer überdachter Terrasse hat italienischen Stil in jedem Detail- sehr authentisch, großzügige und kühle Zimmer (im Sommer ideal), ein (kleiner) Pool zum Abkühlen mit Blick bis zum Meer (inkl. Reinigungssystem), ruhige Lage am Ortsrand, in 5 min an der schönen Piazza mit vielen guten Restaurants, Cafes und Eisdielen, zum Meer sind es ca. 35 min mit dem Auto (schöne Strände), Supermärkte sind ums Eck und zur nächsten Bäckerei auch nur 5 min zu Fuß, sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber mit familiärem Charme, wir und unsere Teenies haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt, kommen gerne wieder
