So, it's a never before experienced "check in", you will never meet the hosts, they have sent in e-mail pictures about how to enter so without internet it might become almost impossible to get in already through the front gate. This was my case, my internet didn't want to work, might be because of poor signal, but even after that for some reason for the first time i could not open the main gate door, luckily someone was leaving and let us in, the rest was fine, the facility is very safe, cannot go though any doors without code. Rooms are big and spacious with large fridge and kitchen available for cooking. Location wise, it is only at 2 minutes walk from bus station from where two lines are going to Disneyland, there are also timetables in the station so you can check in advance when they are coming. There are also supermarkets nearby. Very quiet zone.
In the bedroom, there is a weird, never before seen outside "door" which needs to be closed for the night to have a dark room, this needed to be discovered as it is not visible from inside and different to the other room. Even during three days stay, nobody's attending the place to clean or to take the rubbish. There could be some more cutlery, for example bread cutting knife. Though online says that we can pay for the bus with our bank cards, these did not work! So needed cash and the drivers also don't have much change usually.

I liked the quiet area it was situated in and the fact we could see the fireworks for Disney from fhe balcony
No WiFi code left - broken outside chairs - no personal touches - main bedroom fan broken - was impossible to find the room on the advice given I tried all the doors to find ours as no sign left as stated on the arrivals form . Also local bus didn’t accept card so had to get a Uber to Disney walking to Disney is an hours walk expected less with advert screaming 10 mins drive
