Άψογη αρχιτεκτονική ανακαίνιση.
Απαράδεκτο να είναι παρκαρισμένο το φορτηγό του ΔΗΜΟΥ μπροστά στο κατάλυμα και να έρχεται η μποχα από τα σκουπίδια όταν ανοίγεις να απολαύσεις το καφεδάκι σου στη βεράντα..Που να μπούνε και οι ζέστες.

Λατρεύω την τοποθεσία του. Ήταν η τρίτη φορά που έμεινα στο συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα και ειλικρινά λατρεύω το μπαλκόνι του..
Θα εκτιμούσαμε την ύπαρξη έστω ενός μικρού μπουκαλιού νερό. Όπως και ένα δεύτερο κλειδί..

Ottima la posizione anche se poco silenziosa, spesso facevano spettacoli proprio nella piazza dove danno le finestre.
Struttura nuova.
Servizio navetta dal e per il porto comodissimo.
Non sono 42 mq dichiarati ma solo circa 25 (per 5 persone é veramente poco) e la descrizione dei servizi non risponde completamente al vero.
Il letto a castello non consente l’apertura completa della finestra e non è stato possibile fissare la scaletta per salire per la presenza della tenda.
Il bagno non è finestrato e non ha un aeratore. La “cucina” è davvero piccola, non ha un vero e proprio piano induzione (c’è solo una piastra induzione singola con una spina come nei campeggi) ed è molto poco fornita (per 5 all’inizio avevamo 3 piatti ed un solo pentolino piccolo).
Il tavolo è piccolo ed ha solo due sedie. Anche il tavolo nel terrazzino è piccolo ed ha due sedie per cui non avevamo nemmeno le sedie per tuti. Una parte della doccia era rotta e sono riusciti a ripararla per bene solo il giorno prima della nostra partenza (siamo stati una settimana).
