Accommodations were great. We had everything we needed including a full kitchen. Lots of media options on the TV. Great location.
Could’ve used some shelves in the bathroom and shower.

Cleanliness, spacious and comfortable.
On closer observation the finish / quality of facilities were not as good as they could have been for example: - the wardrobe - the sofa - kitchen table (which in my honest opinion NEEDS replacing) - bedside furniture

The property was reasonably priced and access in and out was easy via codes on the doors. All facilities were functional and usable, with the property being mostly clean. The location was a short cab to the town centre.
The property has a reasonable amount of wear and tear and could do with some freshening up. The quality reminded me of university housing (which may be the case given its location close to one of the campuses). There were some issues with cleanliness, with some stains and hair by the toilet seat and black marking on one of the bed sheets. The front of house could also do with some cleaning too. If there was some additional maintenance work done and the cleaning standard increased the score would reasonably higher.
