This inviting first-floor villa includes a spacious living room with seating and TV, a well-equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge–freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, plus two bedrooms, a bunk-bed room and a double, along with a walk-through room featuring a double sofa bed. A modern bathroom completes the layout. Set on a generous 1,000 m² fenced garden with outdoor furniture, barbecue, parking, and a private pool (6×4 m open mid-May to mid-September), the home also offers table tennis and foosball for family entertainment. Pets are not allowed, but free Wi‑Fi ensures guests stay connected. Comfort meets relaxation here: lounge in the airy living space, prep meals in the fully stocked kitchen, and take in the Tuscan air around the pool. Indoor and outdoor games make this villa perfect for children and teens, while ample garden space and shaded spots provide peaceful retreats. 'Fantastische vakantie' Na super gastvrij ontvangst van de eigenaren hebben wij volop genoten van dit mooie vakantiehuis. Het is schoon en voorzien van alle benodigdheden voor een plezierige vakantie. Het zwembad is heerlijk en ruim voldoende om wat baantjes te trekken en met zijn allen verkoeling op te zoeken. De aanwezige pizza oven is erg leuk om op de traditionele wijze Italiaanse pizza's te maken. Hierbij werden wij super geholpen door de eigenaren om de echte Italiaanse pizza's te maken. Het huis is gelegen in de bergen (+/- 600m) en was voor ons de ideale uitvalsbasis om Toscane te ontdekken.

Het was knap lastig de accommodatie te vinden omdat Lanciole de bestemming was en niet zoals in alle documentatie aangegeven San Marcello Pistoiese. We hebben de routeplanner gebruikt en naar San Marcello Pistoiese gereden vanuit het noorden maar toen we daar aan kwamen bleek dat we nog bijna een uur moesten rijden naar onze bestemming. Veel handiger om vanuit het zuiden te komen, vanaf La Spezia, zeg maar. De ontvangst door Renzo, Lucia en dochter Francesca was hartverwarmend al sprak slechts de dochter enkele woorden Engels. Tijdens ons verblijf werden we uitgenodigd voor koffie met grappa, erg leuk ! De accomodatie zelf was fijn en alles functioneerde naar behoren. Wel is het handig te vermelden dat verloopstekkers meenemen is aan te bevelen want de meeste stopcontacten pasten niet. De omgeving is prachtig en het uitzicht vanuit het huisje dito. Wel is het telkens een half uur rijden over zeer bochtige wegen om bijvoorbeeld boodschappen te doen. Restaurantjes in de buurt zijn er maar bleken stuk voor stuk gesloten te zijn.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het huisje ligt op bijna een half uur rijden van Pescia, waar een supermarkt is. Dat wordt echter gecompenseerd door een prachtige omgeving en een heerlijk zwembad. De eigenaren zijn erg aardig.
