About this apartment rental

Brezza Marina is located in San Vincenzo, right by the sea and just a few steps from the town’s main street, giving you easy access to both public and serviced beaches. This bright, 70 m² apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. It features a fully furnished bedroom with wardrobe and hangers, a bathroom with shower, bidet, washing machine, and hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with dishes, oven, fridge, wine glasses, kettle, microwave, and a pod coffee machine. The living room offers a sofa bed for 2 people. Free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV are available. The property is entirely non-smoking. Pets are not allowed due to the lack of outdoor space, and parties are not permitted. A high chair for children can be provided on request at no extra cost; a baby cot is available for an extra fee. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee. The living room has a small, non-habitable balcony overlooking the beautiful Tuscan coast, where you can enjoy a pleasant sea breeze. I loved every thing about this apartment. So clean and neat, made feel like home. The location is perfect! Easy walking to all the shops and restaurants. Francesca is amazing, she was sooo friendly and accommodating! I cannot wait to go back! Highly recommend!
