I cannot even to begin to express how clean all of the properties were. Every inch of the bedrooms, bathrooms, showers, etc. were immaculate. The outside of the two smaller properties could definitely have better upkeep, however, it was offseason and the inside made up for anything on the outside.
The guesthouse and bunkhouse were further than I would have liked. Although a nice walk, it definitely is not ideal when you're weekend is 100% rain. A golf cart would be ideal for transportation back and forth to the different locations.
