Space, Kitchenette, Quiet location, Possibility of short parking for luggage handling, Nearby subway, Nearby Carrefour, Nearby boulangerie, Sacre Cour in walking distance, Enough of hot water, Welcome tea and coffee, Suitable for longer stay, We were not disturbed by other guests at all, Quick response, Deposit returned after week.
Just for room 5 as other guests mentioned: Not working ventilation on toilet and bathroom, very soft mattress combined with a harder pillow was not comfortable for us.

Proximity to Sacre Cœur and the restaurants around Monmarte.
The size of the security deposit was an unexpected surprise; but I guess that’s the way of things and matching glassware would have been nice

Emplacement idéal , quartier calme. Très propre et facile d’accès
Lit trop petit, sous le toit en pente impossible de se lever et de rester debout au risque de se cogner , les personnes de grandes tailles doivent s’abstenir.
