Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. C’est notre 2e séjour L’emplacement est idéal pour l’accès aux pistes et la balade autour du lac est splendide. L’arrivée autonome dans l’appartement est facile et sans stress. La communication avec l’hôte très agréable et fluide. L’appartement est confortable .
La connexion internet est un peu instable

Easy access, tidy apartment. Decent enough locker-room for skies. Parking in front of the house. Although not in the center of Kitzbühel, it allows good access to both big skilifts by car. Terrace is also nice. Overall a nice place to stay for a (small) family in the winterseason!
kitchen is quite small, no dishwasher. It really is more a 2 person apartment, as the convertible couch in the living room is not ideal as a bed. Kitchen equipment could be a little bit more.

Rustige ligging en ruime slaapkamers en woonkamer Niet ver van Kitzbuhl en andere mooie lokatie schwarsee Private goed parkeergelegenheid.
Bij aankomst geen wifi nogal essentieel Geen ordentelijke koffie machine.Kontakt met derden als er iets was.Probeerde wel een beetje af te wimpelen o.a als de wifi niet functioneerde. Geen direct contact met de gastheer.En accomodatie was wel wat gedateerd.

Die Lage war gut. Es gab ausreichend Parkplätze, Sauberkeit der Zimmer grundsätzlich i.o.. Raumaufteilung war schön.
Es gab keine Mikrowelle, obwohl dies in der Beschreibung stand. Die Ersatzdecke war voller Tierhaare. Keine herkömmliche Kaffeemaschine. Nur ein Geschirrtuch. Das Geschirr wirkte zusammengewürfelt. Der Balkon war nicht sauber. Beim Check out wurden wir per Email gebeten, dass dreckige Geschirr in den Geschirrspüler zu geben- Problem: diesen gab es nicht. Beim Check in war die Wohnung eiskalt. Wurde erst am 2. Tag warm. Am Tag 3 fiel die Heizung über Nacht aus. Skischuhwärmer war nicht aktiv. Der Toillettensitz war lose.
