Location is in a quiet neighbourhood and a short walk to the local bakers and beachfront (both about 10 mins).
House is spread over 3 floors with sleeping and kitchenette on lower floor, main living, kitchen and patio area on ground floor with more bedrooms above.
Pool is large and shaded and the hot tub is great. Parking is easy and secure.
The property has been modernised well in some areas but a couple of the bathrooms still need to be done which would make it better but no problems for our group. Ventilation in not great in a couple of shower rooms so things could get quite damp.
Outside electric bbq is small but effective and we were able to cook for 6 people easily. May be more difficult with higher numbers.
Owner is nice, helpful and easy to deal with.
Overall we had a fantastic stay.
