The property had an excellent location near the countryside outside Newcastle but just 10-15 minutes walk from the bars and restaurants of the centre. The property was very comfortable with good facilities and also a nice outdoor space to sit.
The only thing that could be improved would be to have a screen or curtain for the over-bath shower in the family bathroom. In practice, this was not a big problem as there is a good shower in the master bedroom en suite.
