Location was good right by the beach. Pictures shown is exactly what is shown. The toiletries, tea bags milk, cereal was an added bonus until we got to the shops the following morning
I know we went in the winter, but the apartment was very cold at night. The fob to the gate whivh would lead us to be able to park the car did not work I messaged booking.com & we were told to use fob from another apartment sadly we could not get the box to open, so rather than messaging again we parked in the street.
There was no plug for the bath,
No instructions on how to use the shower in the onsuite,
Side plate had chip in it & was left in cupboard, Top of vanity draws need to be recoated
Plugs in sinks did not close they were just placed over plug hole
Table had a crack in it but was sealed in a way
I do appreciate that these might be trivial but I also think they need to be addressed
Although there are a few negatives we did have a nice time.

The location and view from the lounge are amazing. Very short walk to Fig Tree Bay beach which is beautiful. This is the second time we've stayed here and would do so again. Pool is great. Wonderfully quiet in early November.
What could be better..? An extra armchair or bigger sofa in the lounge would be good for comfort for 4 people but it's fine for 3 adults. There are a couple of niggles, for example the armchair swivels around a bit too much and shower head in the ensuite bathroom keeps sliding down, one of the twin beds very creaky. None of these things would put us off staying again but it's this sort of thing makes it a 9/10 rather than a 10/10 for us. I'd also agree with other reviews about it being a bit tricky to navigate the check-in with various key boxes, gates and codes but that's the complex rather than the owner's fault and we'd been before so knew where it all was and they do email very precise instructions well in advance.

The entrance is a little difficult to find. Better signage needed.
