lovely caravan kept well ,clean and beautifully presented.
having everything you needed in kitchen and a hoover with 3 children was gratefully appreciated.
hosts were very accommodating nothing was too much trouble their communication from booking right through our stay was fantastic.
the decking area was nice to sit and watch the the children play or sit out in the evening when they had gone to bed.
location was perfect close vicinity to a lovely beach, bar and food places. we walked to fantasy island and arcades. we only used the car twice in our weeks stay and that was to go Tesco and to skegness pier which were both a reasonable drive.
we would definitely stay here again if we holiday in skegness.

Clean, everything you need, iron/board, pans, hoover.
The patio area was very squeaky and weak felt a little unsturdy.

The bathroom is very nice and big, unlike the other caravans.
The cleaning lady came earlier than the scheduled time
