It was a nice small bedroom, and nice person who owned the property. Very accommodating.

Fairly priced and comfortable. Kind and responsive hosts.
The location is a bit remote (15-20 minutes from the station) and not well serviced by bus. Could be an inconvenience with heavier luggages.

The location is great- in the city centre and close to supermarkets. The area is quiet, and the room was very clean, which really impressed us. The owner is very responsive and friendly; when we asked for a hairdryer, he brought one within a minute.
Some reviewers gave lower scores due to the lack of a TV or tea, but it's important to remember this is a lodging, not a hotel. Considering the cleanliness and the price, I would definitely stay here again if I come to Inverness.
There was a slight smell of damp or mould, but it didn't bother us- it's quite common in buildings in Scotland, especially given the climate

Very clean and clinical. Host was very helpful and polite.
Not very attractive from exterior. Looked like a converted council house. The bed was very uncomfortable and would benefit from a proper mattress. We had a very poor sleep.
