This charming holiday home is situated in a quiet location at Højby Lyng, just a short walk from the water, making it an ideal choice for a peaceful family getaway. The extensive grounds provide plenty of space for children to play safely while adults unwind in the tranquil surroundings. The renowned Gudmindrup Strand is only about 1.2 km on foot, a beautiful and very family-friendly sandy beach with lifeguards during the summer season, as well as an ice cream shop and a cozy beach café. The surrounding area is ideal for walking, cycling, and exploring the scenic coastal landscape. With its combination of a quiet setting, spacious indoor living areas, large outdoor space, and proximity to one of the region’s best beaches, this holiday home offers an excellent option for families seeking both relaxation and seaside adventure. No rentals to youth groups are allowed.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

We had a lovely time here, The place was well-equipped, and the Chromecast on the TV was a nice touch for our movie nights, Although the neighborhood was quiet, we found plenty of activities nearby like Sommerland Sjælland for a day of fun, Would recommend!

The house was clean and well-maintained, but it felt a bit dated in some areas, However, it was perfect for our needs, The kids enjoyed the garden space, and we appreciated being so close to Gudmindrup Beach, Overall, a decent place for a family getaway,

Our family had a wonderful stay at the holiday home in Højby! The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals together, We loved the spacious living area where we could relax after a day at the nearby Ellinge Lyng Beach, just a short walk away, Highly recommend for families!
