Posizione ottima per visitare il parco. L'ingresso è praticamente dietro l'angolo. La cucina era fornita di tutto il necessario.
La doccia non era provvista di porta che era adagiata affianco e quindi pericolosa soprattutto per un bambino: ad ogni doccia si allagava il bagno. Il condizionatore per quanto abbassassimo la temperatura non rinfrescava di più e non era sufficiente per rinfrescare l'appartamento.

La posizione vicina alla riserva e il rapporto qualità prezzo. La cucina nuova, dotata di forno e lavastoviglie. Letti comodi e terrazza in concomitanza alla camera da letto, comoda anche per la prima colazione.
Infissi datati, comunque funzionanti.
