Perfect stay with great value for money. The place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located not far from the city center.

I would have preferred radiator heating instead of the air conditioning, which made the air feel a little stuffy at times. Otherwise, the stay was still quite good.

Domaćini su bili više nego predusretljivi. Rezervacija nam je garantovana iako je to bio dan velike potražnje za smeštajem (28.02-01.03.2025. dan protesta u Nišu). Objekat je bio spreman, ugrejan, sa mnogo dodatnih sitnica da nam ulepšaju boravak. Dali su nam korisne dodatne informacije za taj dan u vezi parkinga, izlaska iz grada i sl. Topla preporuka za domaćine i smeštaj.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Nis, steps away from all the main sites and great cafes, restaurants etc…perfectly clean space with great modern and cozy design. Super high pressure shower and AC, very fast wifi, a really comfortable bed, and everything you need in the kitchen. The hosts were also so friendly and helpful for everything we needed, including helping us with passport registration and offering late checkout. Highly recommended!
