Welcome to my spacious lower apartment, perfectly situated within walking distance of the magnificent Niagara Falls!
With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, the apartment comfortably sleeps up to six guests. Each bed features premium quality mattresses, hotel-grade linens, cozy duvets, and plush pillows—guaranteeing a restful night’s sleep.
We’ve taken care of the details. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and a dedicated laundry room.

Safety and Assistance: Your well-being is my priority. The property owner lives on-site and is ready to assist with any needs. Stairs with handrails provide easy access to the apartment, and security measures ensure peace of mind. There are actively recording cameras covering the driveway, front door, and pool area which record video and audio. All devices are located on the exterior of the property. There are no surveillance or monitoring devices in the apartment.
Outdoor Oasis:
Shared Backyard and Pool: Step outside to the serene backyard oasis. Lounge by the pool, soak up the sun, and unwind after a day of exploration. It’s the perfect spot to create lasting memories with family and friends.
This pool is open when weather permits. It is not heated 365 days a year. You can expect the pool to be closed in late September and open in late April. These dates may change based on the weather. If we are not walking around in shorts I doubt you will want to be walking around in a wet swimsuit. Message me before booking to verify if the pool is open.

The grounds of the property were gorgeous lots of beautiful flowers in the pool very well taken care of. It had a nice big barbecue that we were able to use for dinner one night that was spectacular alsoInside it is very spacious and everyone really liked the great mattresses on the bed.Location was great. Very close to Niagara Falls and just a short drive from the beautiful Niagara on the lake.Our host was very welcoming and it was great to get a lot of good information for touring the area from him.All in all, it was a wonderful place to stay while visiting Niagara Falls Canada!

It was very nice. Didn’t realize we were sharing the house with the host. He was great though. If I would have read all the reviews I would have known but it was not bad at all. Chris gave a lot of great recommendations. Didn’t get to all of them but the passes definitely a good call. Parking around the falls was bad and those passes got us around the falls effortlessly. House was in a great location for everything. House was gorgeous didn’t get to use the pool since we were out and about. That backyard is gorgeous. Well maintained house and yard. All the rooms were great sizes. Great space for any vacation.
