L'appartamento era comodo con due bei terrazzini. Mi ha fatto piacere trovare all'arrivo un cesto di benvenuto con frutta, zucchero, caffè, biscottini ed altre cose utili per il soggiorno. Sebbene il residence non sia nel centro balneare, la posizione è molto buona perchè il posto è tranquillo e dalla terrazza si ammira un bel panorama sulla campagna circostante. Le spiagge sono comunque raggiungibili in 4 min in auto o anche con una breve passeggiata. Inoltre la struttura è molto vicina a ristoranti e altri servizi.
Mi piacerebbe che nella struttura ci fosse un posto di ristoro, tipo bar o ristorantino. Ma mi pare che i proprietari si stiano organizzando in tal senso

Very nice apartment above a beautiful n olive press building. Spotlessly clean and thoughtfully appointed; washing machine, dishwasher, and special treats like friut bowl- ripe peaches!!- bottle of champagne in fridge. Sweet patio in back overlooking green hills and groves. Great base to explore area, 10 minutes from Velia and 40 from Pasteum. Also close to beach and grocery store right next door and restaurant across street.
Unfortunately building is right next to busy road and too noisy to sit on front deck.
