About this cottage rental
Make beautiful memories in the Great Smoky Mountains at this secluded, easy to access mountain getaway! Cozy Creek is close to the desired attractions of Pigeon Forge, Knoxville, and Sevierville. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the deck, listen to the Creek and the birds sing good morning to you. Spend the day touring and come back to relax! Bring a hammock to hang over the creek, relax on the deck enjoying the fresh mountain air... Cozy Creek is the ideal family friendly getaway!
We do allow up to 3 dogs; Effective 6/1/25 pet fee is $50/per pet. We know that it can get expensive to board so we try to make it affordable!
Guests will enter the home via keyless pin pad on door on the side of the house!

We are on a well! We upgraded our water system and tanks beginning of 2023, however, when the house sits vacant for weeks at a time there might be a faint smell of sulfur from the water sitting in the pipes. The upgrades we have made help tremendously but again, when the house sits empty and the water is not moving through the pipes, it can cause a smell. All you need to do is run the hot water for a good 5-10 minutes to get the water going. This is normal for a well in the mountains. Should you have any issues, please contact us!
Please note, if entering from chapman highway, the neighbor at the front of that street used to haul scrap for a living and recently had a house fire- their yard looks like a junk yard. You CANNOT see this from our house. No one lives there, it is just an eye sore.
***There are security cameras on the OUTSIDE of the home to monitor the home while it is NOT occupied.

The property was located in a private area, but close to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Knoxville. We loved that it was pet friendly and away from all the tourist traffic. We had a great stay.

Clean, pleasant, and adequate. Easy check-in. Hosts are super kind and respond very quickly. Nice location just south of Knoxville, and it's a central location to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Great Smokies, and Cades Cove. There is a nice Kroger grocery store about 2 miles away. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need, and the refrigerator is clean and very spacious. The only drawbacks would be that there's a bit of traffic noise, the mountain water smells, but after awhile, it is just fine.

Needed a pet friendly place close to Knoxville for a concert at the coliseum. This was perfect. Very accommodating pet policy and a very short distance off main highway but still private and peaceful. Would definitely stay again
