Stunning, newly built luxury apartment with sauna! Bergliebe is the type of property you look forward to coming home to.

•3 bedrooms – all with box-spring double bed, Smart-TV and ensuite bathroom. Guest ensuite bathrooms have a rainforest shower cubicle, wash basin, WC, heated floor and towel racks. Master bedroom ensuite has all of this + sauna, bath tub, twin wash basins and walk-in wardrobe

•large livingroom with corner sofa, fireplace, Smart-TV and dining table (seating for 6 persons)

•fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine and more

•huge patio area with outdoor dining table (for 6 persons), infra-red heating, sun loungers with plenty of afternoon sun

•free WLAN Internet

•underground parking space for 1 car + carport for an additional 2 cars

•ski storage room with boot drying facility

The centre of Kirchberg is just a 5min. walk. So too the bus-stop which connects you with either the Fleckalmbahn or Maierlbahn Gondolas in just a couple of minutes. Cross-country fans have a trail just 40m from your door. Various hiking/biking options are all very close by.

We loved our stay in this beautiful house. It is spotlessly clean, immaculately furnished, incredibly comfortable. It had absolutely everything we needed for a family stay. Kirchberg is beautiful and the house is so well located right near the station. Cafes, bars and supermarket all within a short walk. The trains are efficient and run frequently for getting to Kitzbuhel and the surrounding villages. Lovely to use the chair lifts for higher walks in the summer and to cart down the mountainside. Hope to come back for longer next time! Can't recommend it highly enough!

We have never felt so good and at home in a foreign accommodation. Details are often not imagined, such as kitchen equipment or appliances - but NOT in this case! We are looking forward to the new skiing season in Kirchberg thanks to this beautiful apartment, we hope that it will be available next year as well.

Stunning apartment! Great apartment, beautiful decorated and everything you need is there. Large and beautifully decorated bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful kitchen and more than enough space to store your stuff. The service of apartment managers is top notch and can only recommend their services. This is the second time we have rented through Fraser and his team and the service and speed of response has been of a high standard.
