Everything was perfect. The house is quite spacious for 3 people and a lot of stuff is provided in the house (towels, soaps, casseroles etc). The position is great: 10 minutes on foot from the center and there's a lot of parking all around. The host has been really nice and kind with us. We really appreciated our stay and we recommend this solution.
The wi-fi wasn't working well. Mini sizes for shampoo and shower soap were not provided: this is not a big deal ofc, but if you arrive late consider it :)

The apartment is even much better live than on the pictures. Great terrace! The host was very responsive and kind. The location is great, you have bar, restaurants and beach in less than 3 minutes walk. Great value for money! I recommend :)

Comfortable, had washing machine, very nice balcony, spacious. Would have received a 9 if it wasn't for the cockroaches...
The overwhelming problem was that it was infested with large (2 inch) roaches. It took the owner two days to come fumigate and another couple of days for the large ones to disappear (though we still kept finding tiny ones for the last 3-4 days). She offered to move us for one night only to a smaller, more remote apartment during the fumigation (we refused as that was completely inconvenient) but not to move us to an equal, uninflected apartment nor to refund any of our cost at all.
Also an issue- though it pales in comparison- the very loud bar next door that kept us up til 3 am on two Saturday nights
