Le Beau Marais is an exceptional accommodation, located very close to many of Paris' attractions. The studio is tastefully furnished and very clean. The building is impressive and has a modern elevator, which is a great advantage in the historic buildings of Paris.

Have stayed before so we already knew the host (Augustin) who was super-helpful as previously. Different apartment to our first stay but equally good. No hesitation in recommending, we will certainly be returning again!

The small kitchen was very functional. Even has a small washing machine and everything you need for four people. Wiith 2 bakeries, a fishmonger, a butcher, a wine shop, a chocolate maker, 2 vegetable shops, and a small supermarket all on the same block... about 5 restaurants and three cafe's within a block or two... and a metro station just a couple of blocks away... plus the appartment was delighful, about 3 years old so it felt really clean and new... great light... and we did not hear any neightbours...sheets were great as was the bed and pillows.... I dont know if I've ever left a perfect review... but this is worth it.
OK: there were no spare garbage bags in the kitchen... that's it.

Fantastic location and easy to find
It had a strange smell which think where it hadn’t been used for a while and the drain in shower smelt, to be far the owner did point it out and said it should clear but just left an odour we could not get rid of
