The location of the property was perfect for us. Lovely view over the marina. Walking distance to Paspatur is 20 mins and is a nice walk with sea view all the way. Clean & well kept pacements. Places to stop along thecway for food & drinks.
The room was basic but had everything we needed. Ensuite shower was modern & immaculate. Room was spotless. Balcony with marina view. Air conditioning. Full size fridge. Kettle with tea/coffee provided.
We were given a bottle of water each on arrival & also whenever we wanted it.
Staff were all extremely nice & friendly. Someone there on reception 24hrs day/night.
Can't fault the place and will definitely stay again when we visit Fethiye.

A nice hotel - furniture & decorations were old but everything was clean. The pool was nice.
breakfast was served every morning on the patio by the pool
It’s about a mile from town you can get a taxi or you can walk
It’s close to a small harbor, it’s close to 3 restaurants in the area. There is also a couple of small markets
If you’re on a budget I highly recommend this hotel.
Especially if you don’t mind a good walk into town & to the main harbour.
The closer to town the more expensive the hotels are
The staff were very nice and helpful.
We booked a room high, a sea view it was lovely had a small tiny balcony. No elevator
