    Upon arrival I was (Not) greeted by staff (most obnoxious man on reception). The attic room advertised is not the room we were given. We were put on the 1st floor in a room above a busy, loud pub. The advert said "blackout curtains). We had vertical see through office style blinds that were all broken and let every bit of light in. We hardly slept at all. The shower screen was so small all the water flooded the bathroom. Also expect to be hit with a £100 security payment on your card upon arrival which isn't stated in the advert.....which you won't get back for a couple of weeks later.
