Very good hotel, reasonably priced. Excellent breakfast and staff at exceptional. Location is excellent right on the beach and close to many restaurants and amenities. 2 decent sized swimming pools. Short 20 minute bus ride into Chania every 20 minutes, return ticket cost 6-7 euros. All in all everyone had a good time with no negatives to report of.

The hotel is really nice, just like a small resort. Our room was a bit dated but comfortable even if the AC didn’t work 100%, luckily it wasn’t so hot. Breakfast is super and served right by the pool. There are 4 pools, 2 for kids and 2 for adults. The sea was rough and it was windy but the area around the pools was very protected. I don’t like that one can use the pool only until 6pm, I consider it still early during summer time. There was no soap in our rooms. Sunday there is no room service but one can request clean towels from the reception. All the staff is all very nice and helpful. Check out is 12 pm but one can still use the facilities up until late. There is a shower room that can be used by anybody, perfect if one is flying out late. All in all I consider this a good hotel and would stay again if I return to west Crete. The area around it is full of shops and restaurants, easy parking around the hotel and easy to get on the road to visit other places.
