We had some difficulties checking-in as the hotel does not have a physical reception desk. But our communication with the customer service after we arrived and were unable to check in was smooth: they helped us solve the issue within minutes. Please make sure to complete the online check-in at Limehome website if you book this from Agoda!
Other than this, the facilities were fantastic and it is super clean.

The room is confertable to stay and has various equipments. I was satisfied with this room except for lacking washing machine.

This hotel requires pre-check-in arrangement; but Agoda masked the link sent from the hotel, which hinders me from managing this process before arriving. Quite chaotic indeed! Well, I should file the complaint to Agoda than the hotel; but it's hotel not able to reply promptly via Agoda message box is a minus.
