We stayed for 2 nights and I already can’t wait to return to this hotel! The interior was absolutely amazing, the staff was friendly and attentive, and our room was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. The coffee was delicious too! I will definitely recommend this boutique hotel to my friends.

The room was more like a studio apartment. Very very clean. Convenient to a grocery store. Attractive with many lounging areas. Very safe and secure. Staff was very friendly . Plus the coffee provided in the room was tasty. I did not try the pool, but I ordered street tacos from the food truck by the lounge and they were DELICIOUS. It was my first time in Austin and I appreciated the safety, security, and calm beautiful surroundings . I highly reccomend Colton House for a stay in Austin.

Booked a fantastic deal of $*** per night (that’s including taxes). Spacious studios with kitchens, gorgeous common areas. Try the breakfast tacos and potatoes at their daily food truck — delicious! Big grocery store on same block. Location is nothing special but hop on an electric scooter and you’re in the heart of SouthCongressAvenue in 5 minutes.
