This hotel is amazing!! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The price is outstanding- I would have paid more for what we received but got an excellent Expedia deal!! The semi private pool is an amazing amenity- never had anything like that. The only negative was the freezer did not work to freeze ice cubes- it was more of a fridge temp. And the fridge wasn’t cold enough either. Plus- there is a television but absolutely zero channels- but who needs TV when you have your own pool outside your patio !!

This hotel feels like a home because of the quality of the construction, the beauty of the decoration, the comfort of the beds, the size of the room and the bathroom. It is brand new and sturdy, with gorgeous woods and stone. Still, without the two ladies who are in charge of it, the staff and the guests, it would not be the outstanding experience that it is. Thank you!!! Three beaches and 8 or 9 restaurants at walking distance - all three small beaches are very nice and the 3 restaurants we tried were delicious (tacos, pizza, middle-eastern). Big long open ocean beach Zicatela is 10 minutes away by car. I recommend Madre Tierra without hesitation!
