Located only 900m from Old Town Square it is only 10min to walk to the town. And with the „Canning Circus“ Busstation only 200m away you can go everywhere in Nottingham very easy.
The room has a fully equipped kitchen, big Smart-TV (with Netflix, Youtube, etc.) and it is super clean and modern. Bed (Quennsize) is soft and cosy.
Prices can vary a lot between seasons, summer time can be almost double price from winter time, but it depends really when you come. Check out different dates, if you are flexible.
Everything there is automated, no Reception. Online Check-In with Id-Check, Payment and Deposit, and they send you a 4-digit key for the front door and your room.
Make SURE that you make this online registration BEFORE you arrive, otherwise you cannot access the building.

Host was responsive but the place is not easy to locate. Public car parking is opposite but only with limited spaces. Some nice eateries around the area.

Everything online, only problem is that the registration link to get the door keys number for outside and room door ist NOT provided by Agoda, and you may end locked out on the street when you arrive. AGODA NEED TO FIX THAT, and the owner is aware of it too, but nobody fix it. Otherwise this is a very good room in a very good area.

Stayed for 1 night through Agoda… had problems accessing as you need a PIN code to enter and was not sent.
No communication from Agoda or the accommodation regarding this.
The room it self is comfortable, however no mirror in main room to dress or do make up only in bathroom, mattress a little uncomfortable and shampoo but no shower gel??? Strange that. Overall okay for 1 night stay
