We had a lovely stay at the hotel, the room was massive and was clean. Only downer was that when we checked in there was a €160 euro tourist fee which we didn’t know about and an extra €300 for a deposit on the room. Apart from that shock, we had a great stay

I can recommend others to stay at this hotel, but i would also like to mention the following things:
I booked on agoda as it showed that the city taxes were included, how ever when I arrived they demanded that I pay more taxes. So be aware of what you are paying for.
I specifically requested a room on a high floor, but i got level 3
I specifically requested a high floor with a great view, I go a view of the building over the road
I asked for TWIN beds, but I got a double bed.
It seems like the staff are not paying attention to the details required by the clients and are just the to do their shift and not be too worried about the eventual review.
Then finally, they demanded a deposit of E150 which had not been communicated to me on my booking. If I did not have a credit card with e150 on it, I was going to be in difficulties. This is the first time, a hotel has taken a huge deposit because " they don't know if it am going to break all their things". Not acceptable to me.

The rooms were decent and reasonably clean, and the staff was friendly enough. However, be aware that there’s no real separation between the sleeping areas, which can be inconvenient if you're expecting privacy. Cleaning is not done daily, and coffee, sugar, and tea aren't refilled during the stay.
The location is a bit far from the city, so not ideal if you're relying on public transport or want to be central.
What really left a bad impression was the pricing issue — the amount I ended up paying at the hotel was significantly higher than what was shown on Agoda. Unfortunately, both Agoda and the hotel blamed each other, and I was stuck in the middle. Overall, I wasn’t happy with the experience.
