Really, everything. But it starts with staff who care & take a little pride in the work. I should have asked the morning guy his name, super helpful at check-in and during our visit. Very clean. Not far to Lackland AFB & a number of eateries, plenty of options.
We were in a large room with a walk-in shower, pretty nice. Two King beds! Had 8 in for a brief gathering, plenty of room, but some have to stand or sit on a bed, not at all bad.
Outstanding coffee. It's a fresh vibrant blend, Lavazza. Maybe get rid of the in-room coffee setup.

Good location from the Air Force base and downtown San Antonio.

Great place , second time staying here. If we come back to the area will stay here again! Only complaint is the pool room could use some ventilation. It’s hot in and the chloride smell is very strong!
