Amazing friendly staff. Great location. The superior rooms in the Dunes building were so spacious and comfortable and modern. The bed was perfect. The food was lovely and there is plenty of choice.

The hotel was very clean, welcoming on arrival no issues with the hotel. The staff at the hotel e.g. the cleaners and reception staff was lovely.
The bar area, waited an hour for food, went up to the bar and they said they had brought it out which was not correct despite having a table number. The food was not great once it came it had been sat under a hot plate for the hour, one lady behind the bar was one of rudest of them all not helpful in anyway. I would avoid. .

Kids bunk bed very squeaky and a bleeping noise in the room too
