There is a beautiful room, and the location is excellent in the city.
However, one thing to note was that if you arrived late, mainly after midnight, you needed to check your email from the hotel and notify the staff.
I didn't tell them before, and I arrived in Maastricht after midnight. There was nobody there, and the telephone number was not in service.
Lucky me, I found another guest, and he helped me connect with the staff at 1 am.
