It was a good option when you compare price/performance. If you plan to stay somewhere in the center and use your hotel to sleep it is a very good option. The garden at the hotel was very peaceful and nice also the bar prices are very low when you compare with other places. Having a parking lot is a plus.

Subject: Serious Complaint – Misleading Listing and Poor Hotel Conditions (Soleil Hotel Kuşadası)
Dear Agoda Support Team,
I am writing to file a formal complaint about my recent booking at Soleil Hotel Kuşadası, which I made through your platform.
Unfortunately, the hotel experience was far below what was advertised on Agoda, and I feel misled by the listing. Here are the issues I encountered:
The room had no internet connection, despite being advertised as available.
Only one small piece of soap was provided — completely insufficient for a multi-day stay.
No housekeeping was provided for three days, despite daily cleaning being promised.
The headboard of the bed was broken, which made the stay uncomfortable and unsafe.
I contacted the hotel, and they did not offer any solution. I feel Agoda misrepresented the actual conditions of the hotel, and I kindly request:
A partial refund or voucher compensation
And for Agoda to review and update the listing to reflect reality
I hope Agoda takes responsibility for listings on its platform and helps protect customers from such misleading experiences.
