We had problem to check-in late night. No reception to help or inform us to use the automatic check-in. The system ask for reservation code, but didn't approve the code that I get from Expedia. So, I tried to reserve and pay again, and then claim about the second payment, but it wasn't any room for that night!
At last after sometimes security came. I told him about our problem and he found our reservation and gave me the printed documents with the code to enter the room and parking.
It was a small, but very clean room, like new. Very calm area. Also, tomorrow morning when we wanted to check-out, the reception was there and helped us.
If you prefer to check-in with the reception, like me, you should be there in their working time hours ...
