I liked that this property had laundry facilities--so important on a 3 week trip. Staff (Matthew) was so very wonderful--a pleasure to work with. Rooms clean, working elevators, nice restaurant a block away (Mia Napoli I think). Staff said a grocery store nearby, but I didn't need it.
Downside is major--no air conditioning! Avignon is crazy hot, even in May. Over 90 degrees. You are forced to leave the balcony door open, but neighbors make noise keeping you up. No excuse for not having air conditioning in 2022 in hot locales.

I was surprised after booking on Expedia to get a request for a damage deposit before I arrived. There was no mention on Expedia but the message conveyed there was.
The property was fine, not fancy. Would benefit to have better or more bed pillows.
The shower almost needed a wrench to open the taps. Shower head is not positioned properly making it necessary to hold the shower to rinse off. You cannot get the shower to stop dripping without using force to tighten taps again.
Overall, the place was close to the city centre and had parking for us. It was clean, just needing some care.
