Hotel is in a major shopping mall attached to metro. Room is clean. Staff is slow and elevator has problems with activation by card key.

Room was basic, bed was hard where there felt like there was no cushioning or padding. Super tiny sink, no fridge. The check-in experience was painful and took close to an hour due to the amount of people checking-in and ineffective staff. They seemed to walk away from the counter whenever they chose to even with 20+ people waiting to check-in, it did not bother them that were was so many people waiting, they weren’t making any efforts to work faster or subdue angry customers. One customer even complained loudly about the inefficiency. Location is good if you want to be near a mall.
