Friendly service at this hotel in the middle of a lovely town. Slightly tired in places but clean.

Yes very central, parking outside or near. Very welcoming lady on reception, helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast. Quiet. Very clean and in good condition, nicely refurbished, We really enjoyed our stay there and photographic festival was great and a few mins walk away.
