A staff member contacted me before my arrival and was responsive and very helpful. The room is clean and spacious, and the keyless entry means I don’t have to worry about losing my key. There are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Perfect location in the heart of put-in-bay. We were able to walk to all of the restaurants and bars and they had parking for our car & rented golf cart, and they charge for parking just one block away. Very spacious accommodations, perfect size for a group of 5 of us.
It can get loud, especially being above a bar, so if that can bother you then maybe look elsewhere. For us though, we felt things closed early enough to enjoy the stay and have a blast.

The room was spacious. The shower was somewhat small. Parking the golf cart was never a problem and you can't beat the location.
