Easy check-in and friendly staff. Location was good.
The lighting in the kitchen was terrible, I needed torchlight to see the stove and oven settings. Parking was good if available, but busy and filled quickly.

The look from outside is good and location in Kaprun which also good
The staff are not kind enough and rude in responding to clarifications . There are flats at the middle of the property. These are really bad as has no balcony so you can’t enjoy the good weather . In addition, these flats as there are at the middle ; exposed to noise of people coming in and out especially that windows has to be open as there is no AC
