Room size was great, as was the outside space. Pull out is not the most comfortable, but for a short stay it works

Room was very clean & spacious
Only negative was a large tub catching water leaking from the ceiling right outside our door
We were on the ground floor & had a lovely private courtyard with outdoor furniture

We started in a questionable way but it was immediately dealt with by getting another room .The room assigned had not been cleaned yet .The next 2 nights were great .

We love that Waves Motel is just steps away from sandy beach of Orewa. Spacious motel with in-room spa. Motel 11 do had some issues with the spa plug n power switch which we had brought up to lady upon checkout. Will stay at Waves again as the location is great
